Meet Samantha
Samantha grew up on a farm in central Wisconsin and loved the idea of running a business like her dad someday. She also had a passion for psychology and wasn’t sure how those two could mesh. After a few episodes of Mad Men, Samantha chose to pursue advertising at the University of Minnesota. Bonus points – she was paying for college herself and could finish this degree in three years.
During jobs across several fields ranging from government agencies, health insurance, advertising, and consulting, Samantha experienced many leadership styles, processes (or lack thereof), and work environments. She earned a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (basically workplace psychology) from the Harvard Extension School, finally merging her love of business and psychology.

Samantha has a passion for helping businesses grow, and she does this through getting to know the unique history, culture, and work of each client. She maps existing workflows, documents processes, and tailors her approach to meet each business’ needs. She also understands your business may not have the budget or workload necessarily for a full-time employee.
